"Angelica inherited my account from my previous agent and I only found out because my car was hit and I needed help. They not only got me taken care of but helped me when I knew something was still wrong with my vehicle, I called so much I’m sure it was annoying but they never missed a beat, always friendly, helpful and professional. It was a seamless transition. I always get a friendly voice on the other end and more importantly they have never not done what they say they were going to do. Extra shout out to Alejandra for not only giving me a few ways to save some money but calling me back and letting me know on my renewal I would see a decrease."
